- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Standard and Kitchen Sink both come with a 30-day free trial, and no credit card is required to get started. The Getting Started tier is free forever.
- Can I switch plans later?
- Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your Sojournii portal, and any changes to your subscription are prorated for the current billing period.
- Do you require a contract?
- No. Sojournii is month-to-month. There are no lock-in contracts — cancel whenever you like, and keep using your data until the end of the period you have paid for.
- What payment methods can I use for my subscription?
- Sojournii subscriptions are billed in Australian dollars via Stripe, so any major credit or debit card is accepted.
- Is annual billing available?
- Not yet. For now, Sojournii keeps things simple with a flat monthly price. If you are an enterprise customer looking for annual billing or invoicing, get in touch with our team.
- Do you charge any transaction fees or commission?
- Sojournii charges zero commission on your bookings — no percentage cut, no per-transaction fee on top of your subscription. Your payment processor (for example, Stripe) will charge their standard card processing fees, which are set by them and paid directly to them. Sojournii never sees or touches those fees. What you keep is your margin.
